I actually know how to fix this ..., The main reason for the issue is,because your game is a pirated,,, The Solution for this is to download a file name.....godfatherfix.rar,,, Now next Question....how can u find it,,,Here it is .... Go to Russian web site ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,www.playground.ru/cheats/3110/ - 63k,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, when you open this site, in the center you will be able to see Download FTP public is written... Just click on it and download file unzip it with the software, and then copy the file godfather.exe in to your game folder and this will solve everything Now you will be able to get out of the Car,,, right,,, So now play n enjoy...
